The ULTRAWELD machine welds plastic materials through localized fusion performed by ultrasound. It is equipped with an ultrasonic generator connected to the handle of an emitter gun, onto which different types of titanium sonotrodes can be mounted. The touch screen of the generator is used to set the welding time (with or without a timer) and to control the ultrasonic activity. The display can be set in 9 different languages.
