To respect and, where possible, to overcome, in an improvement point of view, the juridical obligations related to our activities; |

To effect programs that prevent and eliminate the child work or forced work in all connected contexts to our activities; |

To provide a clean, sure and fit work location to prevent risks of industrial accidents and/or mishap; |

Don't effect, neither to favour, any form of discrimination among own staff; |

Don't adopt, neither to favour, disciplinary practices what corporal punishments, or physics or mental coercion or verbal abuse; |

To guarantee to own worker staff a conforming and suitable working hours with the referring legislation in force and to the sector standard; not to require overtime “not voluntary” and to remunerate them following the norm of the sector contractual diktat in force ; |

To guarantee to own personnel the remuneration of law or, where possible, higher than the provided contractual minima; |

To supply a suitable training and knowledge to own staff in terms of Social Responsibility; |

To evaluate and to select own suppliers and, where possible, the under suppliers basing on their ability to satisfy or not the Social Responsibility requisite; |

To guarantee the products social traceability furnished to our clients; |

| 12. |
To communicate on the exterior the resulting performances in terms of Social Responsibility; |
|
| 13. |
Don't undertake some type of “disciplinary action” or retaliations towards the personnel that lifts problem list, relieves or matters of Social Responsibility; |

| 14. |
To improve continually the fitness, the competence and the effectiveness of the Management System of the Social Responsibility. |
