The management of the C.M.O of Sodini Dino and C. snc, declares its firm aspiration to make working the Management System of the Social Responsibility and to improve continuously its efficacy.
The ethical run undertaken by the firm includes the respect of the requisite enacted by the norm SA8000:2001, of all the national and international laws in subject of occupation and the Conventions ILO.

The basic principles and the values on which the company commitment on the Social Responsibility argument include:
- The human capital enhance, observance of the rights and pursuit of the employees well-being;
- The correctness, transparency and legality in the relationships with the suppliers and with all the involved parts;
- The coherence among values, strategies and behaviours.
Established commitment
1. To respect and, where possible, to overcome, in an improvement point of view, the juridical obligations related to our activities;
2. To effect programs that prevent and eliminate the child work or forced work in all connected contexts to our activities;
3. To provide a clean, sure and fit work location to prevent risks of industrial accidents and/or mishap;
4. To respect, without hindering in some way, the right of association or collective bargaining of own employees;
5. Don't effect, neither to favour, any form of discrimination among own staff;
6. Don't adopt, neither to favour, disciplinary practices what corporal punishments, or physics or mental coercion or verbal abuse;
7. To guarantee to own worker staff a conforming and suitable working hours with the referring legislation in force and to the sector standard; not to require overtime “not voluntary” and to remunerate them following the norm of the sector contractual diktat in force ;
8. To guarantee to own personnel the remuneration of law or, where possible, higher than the provided contractual minima;
9. To supply a suitable training and knowledge to own staff in terms of Social Responsibility;
10. To evaluate and to select own suppliers and, where possible, the under suppliers basing on their ability to satisfy or not the Social Responsibility requisite;
11. To guarantee the products social traceability furnished to our clients;
12. To communicate on the exterior the resulting performances in terms of Social Responsibility;
13. Don't undertake some type of “disciplinary action” or retaliations towards the personnel that lifts problem list, relieves or matters of Social Responsibility;
14. To improve continually the fitness, the competence and the effectiveness of the Management System of the Social Responsibility.

Towards all the involved parts, C.M.O of Sodini Dino and C. snc, intends to maintain an open and transparent dialogue with the purpose to guarantee a suitable communication and information on the undertaken appointment and to succeed in answering, as far as possible, to the demands and applications of each one.
